Ms. Zela M. Otey a business woman well known for her color coded Successful Enterprise which was located in Springfield Massachusetts. The 30 plus year Veteran Hair & Beauty Designer was well known for her community involvement, her love of GOD, and her generous contributions towards Youth Enrichment & Education. Ms. Zela was know as not only the "DREAM MAKER" but a "DREAM CREATOR" instilling visions, knowledge and wisdom to EVERYONE she came in contact with. In honoring Ms. Zela's legacy A Glamorous Touch will continue where Ms. Zela left off by awarding Youth Scholarships each year in honor of : The Ms. Zela M. Otey Youth Scholarship Award.
